Spring Photoshoot

Dancing Lilies Quilt at Botanical Gardens

When I released my Lilies quilt pattern in February, the only quilt photos I was able to take were inside or in the snow. Now that it’s spring I’ve been able to rectify that, and I’ve had way too much fun taking pictures of my lovely floral quilts.

We travelled to Texas in April to see the eclipse and I took my Lilies on Parade quilt and my Fifty Nifty Quilt along, hoping the Texas bluebonnets would be blooming. Were they ever! See Fifty Nifty in the bluebonnets here.

Now that it’s warming up here in Utah and the trees are leafing out and flowers are blooming, I took both Lilies on Parade and Dancing Lilies to the Ogden Botanical Gardens for a glamour shoot. I think I found my new favorite quilt photography spot!
